With BodyEnRoute, you get unlimited program adjustments — whether for travel, sickness, surgery, or any other life event, your training will be modified to fit your needs.
You have the flexibility of multi-sport training. For example, focus on running, climbing, and strength work now, and include ski-specific training and climbing maintenance through the winter. We can provide sport specific training for running, trail running, climbing, surfing, cycling, mountaineering, weightlifting, skiing, swimming, and more! We can program for strength training in conjunction with any sport or activity.
Coach Jos also provides specialized training, working with women post-mastectomy and during cancer treatments. Navigate to the Training & Women’s Health page to learn more about Coach Jos’s journey as a professional trainer, while also experiencing a Prophylactic Mastectomy, Oophorectomy, and HRT.

Current clients can communicate directly with Coach Jos via the Everfit platform chat function or via WhatsApp. Phone calls and video calls are available for purchase for Tier 1 clients and calls are included for Tier 2 clients (see Book an Appointment page).

You can either sign up for Tier 1 or Tier 2 monthly training. You will be charged on the first of the month; however you will be charged a prorated rate for the month you begin receiving services.
You can switch between tiers at any time, and are required to give a four (4) week notice to cancel training. Cancer and mastectomy clients may be provided an exception. Please ask.

After our consultation call, you will download and install the Everfit app and login with the referral code sent to your email. You will fill out your information and complete your profile in the app.
Once your account is active, Coach Jos will assign you a screening workout in the Everfit app. Please video record yourself completing that workout and add those videos as comments to the workout (Coach Jos will explain this process in the consultation call).
Coach Jos will then build your custom program based on the screening workout assessment and our consultation call. The program will be available either on your phone with the Everfit app, or online via web browser.

Yes, you can purchase more video calls, or phone calls, on the Book an Appointment page using the a la carte service menu. The pricing for additional video and phone calls is listed below.

If you have been cleared by you surgeon and/or oncologist, it is acceptable to train. We will work together to find workouts that you are motived to perform.
You can pause your programming (and payments) at any-time if your treatment does not allow you to continue to train.

BodyEnRoute works with the following organizations to provide free training for grant recipients: Compete for a Cure and The Previvor. These grants are available to women impacted by breast cancer or other reproductive illnesses (see individual websites for details).
If you are interested in applying for a grant, please reach out the organizations directly. Donations to these 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are deductible, and go directly to supporting women.
