Training Packages

Tier 1

Self-Guided Virtual Training

Self-Guided Training ($150/mo) is a custom 12-week training program. This tailored program starts with a thorough intake questionnaire so we can reverse-engineer a roadmap based on your individual goals, fitness level, and available equipment.

As a "no-contact" client, you have complete freedom to move your workouts around within the week to perfectly fit your schedule. You bring the dedication; we provide the plan.

One-on-One Virtual Training

This is your monthly customized training program. 

Tier 2 training ($315/mo) includes daily individualized workouts, unlimited program modifications, and unlimited messaging directly with your coach through the Everfit app (both video and text messages available). No additional costs for changing sports or seasonal planning.

Back to the basics and rebuilding post-mastectomy.

The key to this 16-week build is the "run/walk" method, which allows your joints, tendons, and surgical sites to adapt gradually to the impact.

Strengthen your ankles in six weeks.

Trail Half Marathon w/ Vert

18 Weeks

This plan will prep you for a trail 1/2 marathon with vert training for race as well. You will progress weekly!
