I strive to enable all of my clients to achieve success, while remaining sympathetic to their individualized needs. I seek to create an environment that encourages athletes to develop their confidence both indoors and outdoors.

My program's design revolves around injury prevention and periodization of strength as the fundamental platforms for performance.

I hold a B.S. in Exercise Sport Science from Oregon State University, where I competed as a NCAA D1 Cross-Country/ Track and Field Athlete. I've been a trainer for over 7 years with CSCS, USAW 1, ACE CPT, KIEP certifications.
